Selected Project Experience

Developer-forward portfolio of representative work

Representative projects delivered by principals and team members across hospitality, civic, and infrastructure development.

Hospitality Civic Infrastructure

Right Angle is a full-spectrum real estate development company focused on building places that actually work — for people, communities, and the long term.

We operate across the entire lifecycle of a project: from site selection and entitlements, to design, construction, and ongoing project leadership. Sometimes we act as developers, sometimes as strategic partners, and often as the connective tissue that keeps complex projects moving forward.

We care deeply about how buildings shape daily life. That means investing in sustainable growth, strengthening existing communities, and delivering thoughtful solutions across affordable, workforce, and middle-income housing — not just building more square footage for its own sake.

We believe the best projects are rigorous, responsible, and a little bit human.
